Mission Call!!

After the bitter disappointment and sadness of a cancelled senior baseball season yesterday, receiving this today felt like such a blessing! "You are assigned to labor in the Mexico Tijuana Mission and will prepare to preach the gospel in the Spanish language." I sure love this boy of mine! He will be such a fantastic missionary and I'm so excited to watch him learn and grow and love the people of Mexico. ❤️ He will report to the Mexico MTC on July 14th.

 No, it's not the end of the world, but it breaks my heart that these boys won't be able to play their senior season. ❤️ Trey, you have worked your butt off over the last 4 years and I couldn't be more proud of your work ethic, resilience, and improvements you've made in that time. You were more than ready to kill it this season and that is something you should really take pride in. I love you to the moon!
