July Condensed

Goodness, I have been horrible at blogging lately.  It must be this little house, and the generally uninspired feelings it produces.  I am just going to smash all of my July photos together and hope to make some sort of order of them.

We had a Newton family reunion and a Hawkins family reunion, watched and set off some fireworks, went to Seven Peaks, visited with good friends, played with some kittens, tried to talk G & G Hawkins into getting a kitten, played some baseball for Pleasant Grove, spent countless hours with the Kirby's, sent Tanner home on a plane ALONE, had some BBQ, Tate lost 4 teeth in 2 days, and had an amazingly great summer!  This is about as good as it's gonna get for this post.

July 4th!!

I don't know what my problem is, but I am having a really hard time remembering to take photos!!  Dumb!  Anyway, the 4th was full of fun activities.  It was the only day that all of Kevin's siblings were going to be in one place, so we all headed up to Park City to spend the day watching baseball, swimming, having lunch, and catching up!  On the way up to P.C. we stopped at Daylight Donuts and indulged in some sugary delight!!  Yummy!!
We all went to lunch at a Mexican restaurant in town.  It wasn't great, but we're super spoiled in AZ to always have good Mexican food!  It was fun to be together though, and all of the kids sat at one table and had a great time talking to each other.
Rebecca and Rob had rented a room in Park City because Ryker was playing there over the weekend, so after watching him play we went to their hotel to let the kids swim. I think they all had a good time.  After swimming the found some open grass and had a wiffle ball game.  That's always fun!
Later in the afternoon we headed back to American Fork to have cake and ice cream for Corban's birthday, and then headed over to Pleasant Grove to watch the fireworks.  It was a great day!

Utah or Bust!!

Treyson's All-Star team lost the championship game, so on the 2nd he and I finally headed up to Utah!!  We rented a little Toyota Rav4 and we had some fun mom and son time on our drive.
